Pet Friendly Community
If you can’t imagine your home without your four-legged friends there, we know exactly how you feel! We love our pet residents here at Le Chateau & Forest Hills and welcome dogs and cats under 35 pounds into our community. We have a 2-pet limit per apartment and certain breed restrictions.
Pet Fees
- Non-refundable Deposit for 1st Pet: $400
- Non-refundable Deposit for 2nd Pet: $100
- Pet Rent (per pet): $25 / month
